How to Use the WordPress Duplicate Post Plugin

The Duplicate Post plugin allows you to clone any type of post and copy it to a draft. The plugin adds two new options to the title of your post. The Clone option creates a duplicate without opening the original post. The New Draft option copies and opens the selected post. You can define what elements to copy and who can make changes. You can also define who can edit the post. Here’s how to use the plugin.

Once you’ve made a copy of the post you want to duplicate, use the visual editor to re-create the content. You can copy individual components of the post or page or the entire thing. You can then edit the copied information and publish it on the same domain. For more complex tasks, you can use the page duplication plugin. Once you’ve cloned your post, you can edit it to make it look like a new one.

If you’d like to manually duplicate a post, you can use the Gutenberg editor. This editor has a setting that allows you to duplicate the post content. Selecting a duplicate item on the right sidebar will copy the content to a new post. If you want to make sure that the duplicating post is exactly the same, you can use the plugin in conjunction with the Gutenberg editor. The plugin is free, and you can find instructions on its settings page.
